Circular Economy
We are building a truly circular pallet economy. When a pallet arrives at our facility, it enters a closed-loop system where nothing goes to waste. Pallets in good condition are cleaned, inspected, and resold. Damaged pallets are expertly repaired and returned to service. And pallets beyond repair are disassembled, with the wood recycled into mulch, animal bedding, biomass fuel, or raw material for new pallet components.
Our goal is to achieve a 98% diversion rate by the end of 2026, and we are well on our way. Every pallet that stays out of the landfill is a win for the environment and a testament to the power of the circular economy model.
Carbon Reduction
Every new wooden pallet requires cutting down trees, processing lumber, and manufacturing from scratch -- all of which generate significant carbon emissions. By extending the life of existing pallets through repair and reuse, we dramatically reduce the carbon footprint of our clients' supply chains. Our data shows that each reused pallet saves approximately 4.3 kg of CO2 compared to manufacturing a new one.
