Is there a minimum volume requirement to become a partner?
For suppliers, we typically work with partners who can provide at least one truckload (400+ pallets) per pickup. For logistics partners and brokers, there is no minimum volume — we welcome partnerships of all sizes and scale together over time.
How quickly do you pay suppliers for purchased pallets?
Our standard payment terms for suppliers are net-7, meaning you receive payment within 7 business days of pickup. For high-volume partners with established relationships, we can arrange same-week or even same-day payment via ACH transfer.
Do you offer exclusive territory agreements?
In select cases, yes. For partners who commit to significant volume thresholds and service level agreements, we can discuss exclusive or preferred territory arrangements. Contact our partnership team to discuss the specifics of your market.
What grades and sizes of pallets do you accept from suppliers?
We accept all standard sizes and all grades, including damaged pallets destined for recycling. There is no such thing as a pallet we cannot use. Grade A and B pallets are resold, Grade C pallets are repaired or recycled, and beyond-repair pallets are dismantled for material recovery.
How do broker and reseller pricing tiers work?
Our broker pricing is based on volume tiers. The more you order, the lower your per-pallet cost. We offer three standard tiers: Standard (1-5 truckloads/month), Premium (6-15 truckloads/month), and Elite (16+ truckloads/month). Each tier unlocks progressively better pricing and priority fulfillment.
Can I white-label EcoPallets Pro products under my own brand?
Yes, our white-label program allows brokers and resellers to supply our pallets under their own company name. We handle production, quality control, and shipping while you manage the client relationship. White-label documentation and unmarked delivery options are available.
