Our sales and logistics teams participate in ongoing professional development including industry certifications, customer service workshops, and leadership training. We cover the cost of all job-related certifications and continuing education.
We conduct annual performance reviews with every employee, setting clear goals and providing honest, constructive feedback. High performers are identified early and given accelerated growth opportunities, including cross-departmental projects, leadership shadowing, and conference attendance. What It's Like to Work Here
Our team is more than a group of coworkers -- we are a community of people who care about quality, sustainability, and each other. Here is what makes our workplace special.
Safety-First Environment
We have maintained zero lost-time incidents for over 18 months. Safety is not just a priority — it is a core value that every team member upholds. Regular safety drills, PPE programs, and an open-door policy for reporting concerns keep everyone protected.
Diverse & Inclusive Team
Our team represents a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe diversity makes us stronger and more innovative. Over 60% of our workforce comes from diverse backgrounds, and we actively recruit from underrepresented communities.
Real Environmental Impact
Unlike many companies that talk about sustainability, our team members directly impact the environment every single day. When you repair a pallet, you save a tree. When you sort for recycling, you keep wood out of landfills. The impact is tangible and motivating.
Small Company, Big Impact
With 45+ team members, you are not a number. You know your colleagues by name, have direct access to leadership, and your contributions are visible and recognized. We celebrate wins as a team and tackle challenges together.
Work-Life Balance
We respect personal time. Our warehouse shifts run standard hours with predictable schedules. Remote roles offer flexible arrangements. We do not expect weekend work as a norm, and we actively encourage employees to use their full PTO allotment.
Team Events & Recognition
Monthly team lunches, quarterly recognition awards, annual holiday celebrations, and milestone bonuses keep morale high. We celebrate work anniversaries, personal achievements, and safety milestones as a company.
