The Right Truck for Every Job
Our fleet includes a variety of vehicle types to handle any pallet transportation need, from small local deliveries to cross-country full truckloads.
Flatbed Trucks
Open flatbed trailers for easy loading and unloading of pallets. Standard 48-foot and 53-foot trailers available. Ideal for full truckload shipments of stacked pallets.
Box Trucks
Enclosed box trucks for weather-protected delivery. Available in 16-foot and 26-foot configurations. Perfect for smaller local deliveries and sensitive loads.
Curtain-Side Trailers
Flexible curtain-side trailers that allow fork truck loading from the side. Great for distribution centers and facilities with limited dock access.
Truckload & LTL Options
Whether you need a full truckload of 500 pallets or a small LTL shipment, we have the right solution at the right price.
Full Truckload (FTL)
The most cost-effective way to ship large quantities of pallets. A standard 53-foot trailer can carry 400-500 standard 48x40 pallets depending on stacking configuration. Best for shipments of 200+ pallets.
Less-Than-Truckload (LTL)
For smaller shipments that do not fill a full trailer. We consolidate your pallets with other shipments to keep costs down. Ideal for 50-200 pallets or when full truckload is not justified.

Transparent Freight Pricing
Our freight rates are competitive because we specialize in pallet transportation. Dedicated pallet routes, optimized loads, and high utilization rates allow us to offer pricing that general freight carriers cannot match. Here is a general guide to help you estimate costs.
Full Truckload (FTL) Estimates
* FTL rates based on standard 53-foot trailer. Actual pricing depends on specific origin/destination and current market conditions.
Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Estimates
* LTL per-pallet rates for standard 48x40 pallets. Distance, stacking configuration, and delivery requirements affect final pricing.

Get Exact Freight QuoteYour Pallets, Handled Right
Because we specialize exclusively in pallet transportation, our crews know exactly how to load, stack, secure, and deliver pallets to minimize damage and maximize trailer utilization. General freight carriers treat pallets as just another commodity. We treat them as our entire business, and that focus shows in the care we take with every shipment.
Our loading crews are trained in optimal stacking configurations for every common pallet size. We know that 48x40 GMA pallets stack most efficiently in a 20-wide by 20-high configuration on a standard 53-foot trailer, yielding approximately 400-500 pallets per load. We know that Euro pallets require different stacking patterns. And we know that mixed-size loads need careful planning to prevent shifting during transit.
Every load is secured with proper tie-downs and edge protection. Our drivers perform pre-departure inspections to verify load stability. And our GPS tracking system monitors each shipment in real-time, alerting our dispatch team to any unexpected stops, route deviations, or schedule delays so we can proactively communicate with you about your delivery status.
Optimized Stacking
Every load is stacked using the optimal configuration for the specific pallet size and trailer type. This maximizes the number of pallets per load, reducing your per-pallet shipping cost and minimizing the number of trucks on the road.
Load Security
Pallets are secured with industrial-grade strapping, corner protectors, and dock locks. Our drivers verify load integrity at every stop. These precautions prevent shifting and damage during transit, ensuring your pallets arrive in the same condition they left.
GPS Real-Time Tracking
Every truck in our fleet is equipped with GPS tracking. You can view your shipment location in real-time through your account portal. Automated notifications alert you to pickup confirmation, in-transit status, and estimated arrival time.
Trained Crews
Our loading and delivery crews are trained specifically for pallet handling. They know how to work with fork trucks, pallet jacks, and hand-loading scenarios. They understand dock protocols and will work seamlessly with your receiving team.
Weather Protection
For weather-sensitive shipments, we offer enclosed box trucks and tarped flatbed options that protect your pallets from rain, snow, and UV exposure during transit. Clean, dry pallets on arrival, every time.
Transportation Solutions for Every Industry
Our transportation services are tailored to the specific needs of different industries. Here is how we serve the most common sectors.
Food & Beverage
Temperature-sensitive and hygiene-critical loads require special handling. We provide clean, enclosed trailers for food-grade pallet shipments and work within your facility food safety protocols. Delivery crews follow GMP guidelines during loading and unloading.
Manufacturing
Factories need reliable inbound pallet supply and outbound product shipping support. We coordinate delivery schedules with your production calendar to ensure pallets are staged and ready when your line needs them, not sitting in the yard waiting.
Retail & E-Commerce
Multi-location retail chains need coordinated deliveries across dozens or hundreds of locations. Our route optimization and scheduling system handles multi-drop deliveries efficiently, with per-location documentation and confirmation.
3PL & Warehousing
Third-party logistics providers need a transportation partner who can handle complex, multi-client pallet movements. We integrate with your WMS systems and provide per-client tracking, billing, and documentation for your customers.
Construction
Construction sites have unique access challenges. We deliver heavy-duty pallets to job sites using equipment and techniques suited to unpaved surfaces, limited dock access, and tight scheduling windows.
Import / Export
International shipping requires ISPM-15 compliant pallets delivered to ports, consolidation warehouses, and freight forwarders. We coordinate pallet delivery with your shipping schedule to prevent container loading delays.
Transportation Questions Answered
How many pallets fit on a standard truckload?
A standard 53-foot flatbed trailer can carry approximately 400-500 standard 48x40 pallets depending on the stacking configuration and pallet condition. Enclosed 53-foot trailers carry similar quantities. For 26-foot box trucks used in local delivery, capacity is typically 80-200 pallets depending on the truck size and pallet dimensions.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available in our core metro service areas including Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. Next-day delivery is available throughout Texas and neighboring states. For urgent nationwide shipments, we can arrange expedited freight through our carrier network. Rush service carries a surcharge but ensures your pallets arrive on your timeline.
Can I track my shipment in real-time?
Absolutely. Every shipment is GPS-tracked from pickup to delivery. You receive tracking credentials for our online portal where you can view your shipment location in real-time. Automated email and SMS notifications keep you updated on pickup confirmation, transit milestones, and estimated arrival time. Your account manager is also available for status updates by phone or email.
What happens if pallets are damaged during shipping?
All shipments are fully insured against transit damage. In the rare event that pallets are damaged during transportation, document the damage at delivery and notify your account manager within 48 hours. We handle the entire claims process and either replace the damaged pallets or issue a credit. Our transit damage rate is under 1% thanks to our specialized loading and securing practices.
Do you handle both pickup and delivery, or just one?
We handle both. Many clients use us for pallet delivery from our inventory to their facility. Others use us for pallet pickup when selling surplus pallets. And many clients use us for both directions as part of a complete pallet management program. We also handle third-party moves where we pick up pallets from one location and deliver them to another on your behalf.
Can I set up a recurring transportation schedule?
Yes, and we encourage it. Recurring schedules give you guaranteed capacity and consistent service. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring routes with dedicated time slots. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling, better per-load pricing, and a dedicated driver who learns your facility and preferences.
Our Logistics by the Numbers
Reliability is not a buzzword for us. It is a measurable commitment backed by data that we track every day and report to our clients every month.
