Transportation

How We Move Pallets Nationwide

Transporting pallets efficiently is just as important as the pallets themselves. Our logistics team coordinates thousands of pallet movements every week using a combination of our own fleet, dedicated carrier partnerships, and strategic intermodal connections. We optimize every route for cost, speed, and environmental impact.

For large-volume customers, we offer dedicated lane pricing that locks in per-load transportation costs for the duration of your contract. For smaller or one-time orders, we leverage our carrier network to find the most cost-effective option for your specific origin-destination pair. Either way, our goal is to make pallet logistics transparent, predictable, and hassle-free.

Full Truckload (FTL)

For orders of 400+ pallets (48x40 standard), we arrange full truckload shipments on 53-foot flatbed or dry van trailers. FTL is the most cost-effective option per unit for large orders and provides the fastest transit times with no intermediate stops.

Less-Than-Truckload (LTL)

For smaller orders (50-399 pallets), we consolidate shipments with other orders heading to the same region. This keeps per-unit delivery costs low while still providing reliable delivery windows within 3-5 business days for most destinations.

Dedicated Fleet Delivery

In our core service areas (Houston metro, Dallas-Fort Worth, and other major Texas markets), our own fleet of flatbed trucks handles delivery directly. This gives us complete control over scheduling, loading, and delivery quality.

Intermodal Rail

For coast-to-coast shipments of very large volumes (10,000+ pallets), we utilize intermodal rail service to reduce both cost and carbon emissions. Rail shipping generates approximately 75% less CO2 than trucking for the same weight over long distances.

Industry Focus

Industries We Serve Across America

Different regions of the country have different dominant industries, and each industry has unique pallet requirements. Our regional teams have deep expertise in the industries that drive their local economies, ensuring you get pallet solutions that are tailored to your sector.

Food & Beverage Processing

California, Texas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Georgia

The US food processing industry ships billions of pounds of product on pallets every year. We supply ISPM-15 compliant, heat-treated pallets to food manufacturers, cold storage facilities, and grocery distributors in every major food production region. Our food-grade pallets meet FDA and FSMA requirements for direct food contact applications.

Automotive Manufacturing

Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama

The automotive sector requires pallets that can handle heavy components, fit automated assembly line systems, and withstand the rigors of just-in-time delivery schedules. We provide heavy-duty wood and metal pallets in standard and custom sizes to auto manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers throughout the automotive corridor.

E-Commerce & Retail Distribution

Nationwide — Major metros & logistics hubs

E-commerce fulfillment centers consume enormous quantities of pallets and require consistent sizing for automated sortation systems. We supply major distribution centers with high-volume, dimensionally accurate Grade A and B pallets on recurring schedules, with surge capacity for peak seasons.

Agriculture & Produce

California, Florida, Washington, Oregon, Idaho

Agricultural operations need pallets that can handle outdoor exposure, rough loading conditions, and the moisture associated with fresh produce. We supply ventilated pallets, field bins, and standard shipping pallets to farms, packinghouses, and produce distributors in every major agricultural state.

Chemical & Petrochemical

Texas, Louisiana, New Jersey, California

Chemical manufacturers and distributors require pallets that meet specific safety standards for hazardous material handling. Our heavy-duty pallets are rated for drum stacking, chemical exposure, and outdoor storage in the harsh conditions typical of chemical processing facilities and tank farms.

Pharmaceutical & Healthcare

New Jersey, Indiana, North Carolina, California

The pharmaceutical industry demands the highest standards of pallet cleanliness, traceability, and regulatory compliance. We provide clean-room compatible pallets, full batch documentation, and ISPM-15 certification for pharma distribution centers handling temperature-sensitive and high-value medications.
